It’s London Fashion Week and Bora Aksu showed his Autumn Winter collection.
Bora is always one designer that I look forward to seeing and this collection does not disappoint, being inspired by Grand Duchess Olga of Russia and the collection is rich and opulent.
The colour palette was rich with splashes of blood red but yet was grounded by gothic black with soft romantic accents of fawn and soft pink. As the models walked down the catwalk we were met with beautiful crochet lace dresses and detailing that was teamed with the softness of fur giving the sense of luxury and wealth.
I really love this collection for me it is completely what I think about when I think Autumn Winter due to it multi layered styling.
Key takeouts from collection: Full bodied A line skirts and dresses, crochet lace, hoods and layering.
